Detection of Methylparaben in Cosmetics by Poly L–Lysine/Reduced Graphene Oxide-Based Sensor

In this study, a PoL/RGO material was successfully synthesized and employed to modify the working electrode for determining MPB in medication products through voltammetric techniques. The structure of nanocomposite characterized by UV–vis FT-IR spectrum its application electrochemical detection tested CV DPV result, modified PoL-RGO/GCE exhibited superior response toward applying method, compares using bare GCE, with limit (LOD), quantification (LOQ) is 0.20 ? M 0.70 M, respectively concentration ranging from 1 200 M. addition, repeatability (RSD 2.2, 1.6, 1.4 5, 50 100 MPB, respectively), reproducibility 4.7%) technique were examined as well. This illustrates performance sensor statistically investigated methods demonstrating accuracy comparable other analytical well indicating that can be determined cosmetics high recovery 97% 104.3%.
